Assignment
The project focused on leveraging the aftermath of Covid-19 as an opportunity to enhance the medical sector through Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), market access, and accelerated development. Nomadigo's role was crucial in identifying potential partners and organizing events to promote innovation in this area.

- Market Research: Identifying key players in the Israeli Medial Tech landscape who could advance the interests of Dutch medical device and regenerative medicine entities.

- VIP Engagement: Developing a roster of individuals for invitation to exclusive summits, private dinners, and site visits.
- Marketing Funnel Creation: Establishing a marketing funnel with email, texts, videos, and landing pages to attract the right attendees.
- Corporate Video Production: Crafting a corporate video highlighting the unique selling points of the event.
- Segment-Specific Marketing Video: Creating a marketing video tailored to each market segment to promote Dutch innovation in the medical field.
- Recruitment of Partners and Speakers: Engaging local market partners and speakers who could attract an audience.
- Event Production: Handling logistical aspects such as venue booking, catering, AV requirements, and more.
- Live Streaming and Promotional Content: Broadcasting the event live and producing promotional clips for future use.
