With the strategic goal of bolstering onshore chip production in Europe, the project targeted the synergy between Dutch and Israeli companies in semiconductor technology. ## Assignment Recognizing the critical nature of semiconductors in contemporary technology products, the Dutch government sought to enhance domestic production capabilities. This initiative aimed to combine Dutch expertise with global partnerships to strengthen the semiconductor industry's resilience and capacity. ### Project Stages - **Needs Analysis and Partnership Exploration:** Conducting interviews with Dutch companies to understand their needs and identify beneficial partnerships in the semiconductor industry. - **In-Depth Market Research:** Researching 47 companies, ranging from startups to OEM customers and major chip producers, to evaluate the global semiconductor supply chain. - **Sector-Specific Engagement:** Creating a comprehensive list of sectors, companies, hardware hubs, academics, and VCs relevant to semiconductor technology. - **Collaborative Video Production:** Partnering with multiple entities to produce a corporate video that highlights diverse perspectives and the strategic value of the initiative. - **Strategy Development and Promotion:** Developing a strategy for European supply chain improvement and risk reduction, and outlining the unique selling points of the initiative and FDI investment opportunities. > ###### "The current state off bottlenecks in the chip industry is unsistainable and presents stratigic risks to Europe and the Netherlands.
