Product: Online SaaS software that helps people with ADD & ADHD overcome their limitations by training the brain function, to focus during low stimuli activities, thereby increasing performance both academically as well as in day-to-day activities.
Project Stages
- Research the market to determine the best method for deploying a low-cost scalable marketing and sales machine that would have a positive short term ROI.
- Redesign the company's marketing and sales materials to develop a sales funnel that would convert with minimal human intervention on the part of the sales team.
- Create a PR strategy that would give further credibility to a market-proven product that had not yet undergone clinical trials.
- At least double the company's revenue.
RESULTS
In the first stage, Nomadigo’s goal was to develop the go-to-market strategy and develop a comprehensive list of potential improvements needed to enable the company to grow. This included changing the business model from a one-time upfront high-cost commitment on the part of the user to a monthly SaaS-based subscription model. Analyzing the steps users would need to take to make a purchase and building a low-touch online sales funnel that would simplify the lead to conversion process. The second stage was creating scripts and training the inside sales team to handle customer questions and increase conversion metrics. The third stage was one of improving and monitoring the landing pages as well as increasing the conversion ratio while gradually raising the advertising media spend. The fourth stage was to begin a PR campaign that would generate awareness and credibility for the product that could be later utilized as a part of the online sales conversion process.
Results: Nomadigo worked closely with the Attengo management team to scale up the marketing budget and help the bootstrapped company grow organically. The original goal set was to double the company's revenue and give it free-flowing capital that could then be reinvested back into the business. Nomadigo helped the company nearly triple its revenue as well as enter a very significant additional market. The next steps are to ‘copy-paste’ the strategy and increase deployments around the globe.
Achievements: Nomadigo outperformed expectations increasing revenue by over 300%. The company is now looking for additional funding to further ramp up and grow the business in the international marketplace Within 12 months of working with Nomadigo, Attengo nearly tripled their actual sales revenue and had a positive ROI on their investment for 2011.
ROI
Attengo struggled to obtain customers due to a high initial price point and “high touch” sales process. Nomadigo worked with Attengo to create a “low touch” self explanatory sales funnel and to overcome the high price point by moving to a monthly subscription model. Sales have increased by over 240%. They are now a growing profitable company.
